Silverside fish Tiradito

 Ingredients:
1 ¼ lb (600g.) of clean silverside fish without the tail or head
1 Natural Gourmet Ceviche Mix with Rocotto chili flavour or Ceviche Mix with yellow chili flavour
9 oz (260ml) of water
2 tbs chopped cilantro

Preparation:
In a bowl mix the Ceviche Juice powder with 9oz of cold water. Stir until dissolved.
Cut the fish into thin slices and distribute in a tray or dish. 
Marinate with the Ceviche juice, let rest for 3 minutes. Decorate with the chopped cilantro and serve.
