Maca Smoothie


1 banana

4-6 strawberries (can be substituted with blueberries, blackberries or raspberries)

2 cups of milk (can be substituted with vanilla flavored milk, soy milk, almond milk, etc.)

1 teaspoon of maca powder



In a Blender place the maca powder with the other ingredients. Blend for a few seconds. Serve and enjoy!
